Early Life And Education
Begho, a native of Delta State, Nigeria, completed her early education at schools in Sapele, Benin City, and Anambra State. She is the daughter of the late Chief Justice Begho and Ester Begho, a successful businesswoman.
After graduating from Madonna University with a degree in Mass Communication (Journalism) in 2002, Begho returned to Lagos to begin her career in broadcasting.Â
During her time in college, she was actively involved in dancing and modeling. She officially graduated in 2007 and made the decision to permanently reside in Lagos to further pursue her passion for broadcasting.

Shine Begho’s career in hosting began in 2007 when she landed a television presenting job at Galaxy Television. She hosted a children’s TV show and made appearances on various TV programs and reality shows.Â
Transitioning to radio hosting in January 2008, Begho co-hosted the Eko FM show Thank God It’s Friday. Juggling between TV and radio hosting, she became a prominent radio presenter during her national youth service corp in 2008.Â
Moving through various radio stations such as HOT FM Abuja and Classic FM Lagos, Begho eventually found herself as a pioneer presenter at 105.1 CITY FM. She later hosted shows at Rainbow FM, Zoodrums Radio, and 96.9 COOL FM Lagos.Â
In 2017, she joined 102.3 Maxfm Lagos as a weekend host, eventually taking over the evening drive time show and becoming the new host for Maxhits in January 2019.
