Early Life And Education

Fancy Gadam hails from the neighborhood of Hausa Zongo in Tamale, the primary town of Ghana’s Northern Region. He attended the Police Barracks Basic School in Tamale for his early education. 

Career

At just 12 years old, Fancy Gadam embarked on his music journey, entertaining audiences at schools and various public gatherings. 

Fancy Gadam has graced several notable stages with his electrifying performances. One standout moment was on 1 December 2017, where he took the spotlight as a headline artist at the S Concert, captivating the audience until the early hours of Saturday, 2 December 2017.

Another momentous occasion was his Dream Album launch and concert on 5 October 2019, where a staggering 20,000 fans flocked to Tamale Stadium (now known as the Aliu Mahama Stadium) to witness his musical prowess.

Fancy Gadam’s musical journey has seen him tour various cities across Ghana, including performances at the Bukom Boxing Arena in March 2020 as part of his Dream Album tour, as well as visits to locations like Yeji, Nyong, Offinso, Bolgatanga, Koforidua, Wa, Yendi, Kumbungu, and Dallung.

In addition, Fancy Gadam took part in the prestigious Ghana Meets Naija concert in both 2017 and 2018, an annual event aimed at fostering unity between Ghana and Nigeria while allowing fans to interact with and capture memories with their favorite artists from both countries.
